Casey Services are able to investigate and document the “as Constructed” consumer stormwater, sanitary drains, gas and water supply throughout the areas of the project, to facilitate the recording of hydraulic pipe work and associated components.

Investigation and recording would include:-  

• Sighting to reconcile the stormwater, sanitary drains, gas and water supply from drawings and other information available, including CCTV and identification probes.
• Document by measure, visible entry points throughout these areas and plot to scale assumed line of services to the points of connection.
• Evaluate and report on the condition of the existing services through the investigation of CCTV equipment and if necessary provide solutions to repair or reconstruct sections and any other work requiring rectification to substantially improve on site services.
• All “as Constructed” recording of the hydraulic as installed, will be provided in both electronic and “hard copy ” format.
