The Evolution

The Casey Inspection Service business was developed and operated as a profit centre of Casey Institute (now Chisholm Institute of TAFE) in 1994, and was managed by the current Managing Director who was previously employed in the Melbourne Water inspectorate.

Casey Services (Aust) Pty Ltd as trustee for Casey Services Unit Trust was incorporated in 2002 to facilitate the acquisition of the Casey Inspection Service business.

The acquisition of the business was concluded in late 2002 and Casey Services Unit Trust (hereafter “Casey Services”) commenced commercial operations on 2 January 2003, utilising current contractual arrangements and a well established customer base developed over the previous five years.

Casey Services (NZ) Limited was incorporated in New Zealand in 2004 to facilitate the Branch Operations of Casey Services (Aust) Pty Ltdwithin New Zealand.
